About The Incredible Years  Parenting Programme
It acknowledges that parenting is one of the most important jobs adults undertake.
It provides opportunity to strengthen parenting skills.
Supports parents to effectively manage challenging behaviours.
Encourages learning in a supportive environment

What is covered in the  Programme?
Connecting with your child through positive attention.
Building your child’s self- esteem.
Motivating your child
Clear limit setting and consequences.
Effective strategies for handling misbehaviour.
Supporting children’s social and emotional skills

Involvement in an Incredible Year’s Group means you …
Meet once a week for two hours- 12 sessions.
Participate in group discussions, do some reading.
Spend 10 minutes a day with your child on a specific activity
